Shared-space disinfection
Electrostatic Disinfection for Carrollton Workplaces
Shared desks, restrooms and breakrooms treated on a set rotation with a mist that reaches every side.
Disinfection That Happens on Schedule
Disinfection tends to happen in bursts: a flurry of wiping when people get sick, then nothing for months. A rotation works better. Electrostatic spraying makes a rotation practical because it covers a lot of surface quickly and reaches places hand wiping does not. Here is how it works. The sprayer puts a charge on each droplet as it leaves the nozzle. Because the droplets carry a charge, they are pulled toward surfaces and wrap around them, landing on the back of a chair, the underside of a desk lip and the curve of a faucet handle. We use EPA-registered disinfectants, mixed and applied per the label, and we leave surfaces wet for the full contact time listed. Visible soil is cleaned off first, since disinfectant works on clean surfaces. Typical rotations run weekly or monthly in offices with shared desks, classrooms, gyms, church nurseries, restrooms and breakrooms. A single visit after an illness passes through the office is also an option. Carrollton offices with hot desks are a common fit.
